What is the turnaround time for customization and production?

Standard production: 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, allow an extra 1–2 business days.

What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?

We ship only within the United States. Once your order is complete, we dispatch via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.

I bought this on a whim and I’ve bought personalized stuff before that looked cheap… this doesn’t. It feels boutique-y. The size is perfect for tossing in a purse or carry-on.

This makeup bag is very well made - no issues with the quality. It is a good size and will hold most of your makeup. I love the color of the bag but it is definitely darker than how it appears in the advertising photo. Also, the personalization doesn’t show up as clearly as it does in the advertising photo. As a result I will keep the bag for myself and continue looking for a gift for my niece.
